This two week course will focus on increasing stamina, technique and core strength through on-body hula hooping. We will end the class by learning Isolations, a magical off body hoop trick, which helps to develop arm strength and coordination.
More advanced students will learn isolation techniques with two hoops.
As always, the aim is to offer exercise in a fun and friendly environment and you are welcome to take the class at your own pace and do as little or as much as you like.
This class ends at 7pm, but feel free to stay until 7,15pm to ask questions, get feedback, practice, or have a catch up with other Hoopers.
Drills, drills, drills! We will be spending the first half of the class focusing on our hoop splits. This is where we learn how to hoop on different parts of our body and for the more advanced, we will be using multiple hoops.
The last part of the class will focus on off body hoop tricks. This is great for improving coordination. We will learn a new combo each week, which will include a coin flip technique too.
Feel free to come along at 7pm for some extra time to ask questions, get feedback, practice, chat or just leave home!
